3 Day Rush Requirements:
- Order must be clearly marked "3 DAY RUSH" in product's "Special
Instructions".

- Order must be PREPAID - No PO's, Checks, or other forms of
payment accepted on Rush Orders.
- Order must be placed & Artwork must be Approved prior to 1pm EST.
Or your order will start the next business day.
- Artwork must be in camera ready
Vector Format - Or add
24 hours for us to recreate your artwork (free service).
- Artwork E-Proofs - Delays in approving your
Artwork E-Proof will result in delayed
production.
- NO Less Than Minimum Orders
- NO Laser Engraving (for 3-Day Rush items only, selected 24 hour
rush products have eligible engraving.)
- The FIRST day of production starts the day after your order is received.

FAQ's
Why Do A Free 3-Day Rush or When Can I Do A 24 Hour Rush?
or Vise-Versa?
1.) Different Products. We different promotional products available in
our Free 3-Day Rush Section than our Free 24 Hour Rush Section. Our goal is to
make sure that you receive your promotional product on or before your in-hands
date, if you need your items on Friday and you are ordering on Monday then a
Free 3-Day Rush Product may be the best solution. (NOTE: This Depends on your
Shipping to your location).
2.) Different FOB Points. All of our 3-Day Rush Products ship from New
York only, so if you are in California a 3-Day Rush Product may not be the best
choice because your products will take 5 days to Ground ship to California. You
can expedite your shipping but if your item is heavy,
expedited shipping
can get expensive, so a Free 24 Hour
Rush Product may be a better selection. Our 24 Hour Rush Products vary with FOB
points in CA, PA, NY, and FL (depending on the product). When in doubt CALL US
and we'll get your product delivered as soon and as cheap as possible.
When Ordering Online, How Do I
"Activate" My Free 3-Day Rush?
TELL US THAT YOU WANT A FREE 3-DAY RUSH IN YOUR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS -
Without a clearly stated
Delivery In-Hands Date OR the
stating that you would like a
Free Rush Service the factory reserves the right to ship your products
with standard production turn around times, which will vary per product. When
you checkout online you will be asked What is the latest date that you
need your order by? - if we can not meet your in-hands date we will
contact you within 24 hours to go over your shipping and rush options.
If you would like to use the Free Rush Service with NO
In-Hands Delivery Date, that's
ok too! Each promotional product has a field called Special Instructions, in
this field state "I WOULD LIKE TO USE A FREE 3-DAY RUSH ON THIS PRODUCT".
As long as your order meets the guidelines above, we'll produce your products
within a 3-Day Production Time. **Remember this is for selected 3-day rush
products only**
When will I receive my Artwork E-Proof if I am doing a
3-Day Rush?
SAME DAY, before 2pm EST at the Latest! Your IMMEDIATE Approval (within 30
minutes) is required to prevent production delays. REMEMBER - Your artwork
needs to be
Vector Artwork OR a Text Type
Set (just telling us the text to print), or you will need to add 24-hours to
your production time so that we can "recreate" your artwork to a usable format.
