product rating is 5 stars, but mistakes in shipping reduced experience to 3 stars. After two weeks, product had not been shipped because order never got to warehouse. Then we were told the order would arrive Feb. 4. When it did not arrive then, we are told Feb. 6 and it did arrive then. You get points for the way Harrison handled it. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE: Yolanda, thank you for your review. We have spoken with our manufacturer with this issue and they have insured us that this will not happen again.
