We needed pens with a logo and website on them. We needed a certain type. Penimprint was able to get a proof back to us right away, and accurate on the first try. We just placed our second order for personalized pens (BIC Digital Clic Stic Color Grip Pen) with our logo in multi color. The order process again went smoothly, and the pens are great looking, smooth writing, and long lasting. They are my staff's favorite pens for use in the office or the field (we collect scientific data in remote wildlife areas). These were a great find.

I had the pleasure of using these guys in July 2013. I enquired about pens from several different companies from the US and Australia. Some companies never even got back to me.From the get go I was very impressed with their service. They responded to my enquiry very promptly. I decided to use them based on their initial contact and their very good prices - I could not get a cheaper price here in Australia. They gave me a mock up of the design in which I requested an amendment. This was done almost immediately. They then came back to me and recommended a new colour for my printing but if I wanted my original colour that was fine. They recommended the colour change due to the fact that my pens would be shipped from the US to Australia. I went with their recommendation. I then received my shipment within about 2 days of the estimated delivery date. They were delivered to my door and they were perfect. I was so pleased with my order. I would definitely recommend these guys. When I need to order again I would not hesitate for a second to contact Pen Imprint. They will have my next order for sure. We've purchased from PenImprint.com several times and have always been happy with their service and products. We always order Bic products to insure quality and PenImprint always delivers on time, if not ahead of time. The only problem that we have ever had was during our last order when only 1 out of the 3 boxes ordered was delivered. PenImprint.com had strapped all 3 boxes together and the straps had broken apart when UPS handled them. I contacted PenImprint and they got right on it and assured me if we didn't get the other 2 boxes quickly that they would redo them and ship them back out overnight. We did receive the other 2 boxes a couple of days after the first box was delivered. They even followed up afterwards to make sure we received the rest of our pens and that we were happy. Even though I feel PenImprint should have packaged these pens differently to avoid this problem, UPS probably caused the strapping to break which is why I gave PenImprint.com a full 5 stars. I will definitely order from them again.

We ordered pens with a emblem logo. Our artwork was of very poor quality; image blurred and wording unreadable. It was an amazing transformation Penimprint's graphics department did in cleaning up the image! I highly recommend Penimprint for ease of ordering, excellent customer service, and an awesome graphics department!

The pens themselves are great and the designs look awesome! Everyone is really enjoying how the pens turned out, but they have been rated 4 stars for a reason. On some of the Datamax pens we ordered there are small black marks on part of the logo and it appears to be random where this black mark shows up. It is not all of the pens and it is not a huge flaw, but it is there nonetheless. Other than that I was extremely satisfied with how smooth the entire process was. Ordering was simple, we got our art mock-up the next day, and the pens a little more than a week later. I dealt with Stewart Switzer and Harrison Ngo during the process and I want to say their level of professionalism and customer service is top notch. Thank you to everybody that helped in working on our pens and keep up the great work!

I have ordered 75 metal pens with our "logo and text" to be printed on them. The artwork which I gave was so small that I thought the imprint wont't be clear. The art designer also warned me not to go with such a small imprint of the logo on pens that its details won't show up in actual print. But at my risk, I asked them to print. Lo and behold, when I got the pens, the imprint looks superb. Now I am not afraid to order more items from them.

product rating is 5 stars, but mistakes in shipping reduced experience to 3 stars. After two weeks, product had not been shipped because order never got to warehouse. Then we were told the order would arrive Feb. 4. When it did not arrive then, we are told Feb. 6 and it did arrive then. You get points for the way Harrison handled it. We bought bicycle water bottles to sell at our annual fund. PenIMPRINT did a great job helping with the imprinting of our logo. The project was completed quickly and the bottles were delivered in plenty of time.
